Mr. G.Simhadri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the Tahsildar, Hanamkonda Mandal, passed orders on 19.05.2012. Having regard to the orders passed pending writ petition, cause in the writ petition does not survive. The statement is placed on record. Both the writ petitions are dismissed as ineffective and it is always open to the petitioners to challenge the illegality or otherwise of the order dated 19.05.2012. No order as to costs.
