THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 32636 OF 2016 O R D E R:

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging inaction on the part of Respondents 1 to 3 in spite of a complaint dt. 05.09.2016 lodged by him against Respondents 4 and 5. A reading of the complaint made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent suggests that the petitioner is alleging that Respondents 4 and 5 submitted certain bogus documents and obtained approved layout in the year 1994.

Since, prima facie, the petitioner has civil disputes with Respondents 4 and 5, he is not entitled to invoke criminal law with a view to coerce Respondents 4 and 5 to meet his terms. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, holding that the dispute between the petitioner and Respondents 4 and 5 is a civil dispute and the petitioner should approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
