HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3541 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in issuing in eviction orders dated 27-01-2017 under Section 6 of A.P.Land Encroachment Act to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary. Admittedly, the petitioners have alternative remedy against the impugned order.

Since the petitioners have alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy against the impugned order. Status-quo obtaining as on today over the subject property shall be maintained for a period of two weeks.
