O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the inaction of the second respondent in not extending the benefits of priority of Office bearers as contemplated in Clause-IV [c] of G.O.Ms.No. 61, dated 24/05/2018 and contrary to the letter issued by the second respondent dated 02/6/2018 to the Petitioner-Union by yielding to the pressures of the Government, as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory, not bonafide and amounts to victimization and unfair labour practice and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to grant all consequential benefits and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a photocopy of the Proceedings issued by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad, vide Rc.No.GTC/Transfers/2018, dated 22/06/2018, wherein the DM & HOs were requested to take necessary action accordingly in the context of implementing the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 61, Finance [HRM-I] Department, dated 24/05/2018 and stated writ petition can be disposed of recording the same.

4. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
