CVBR,J 06.05.2026 I.A.No.1 of 2025 & Review I.A.No.2 of 2025 Rev.I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by the petitioner (TSIICL)/respondent No.3 in writ petition seeking to review the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21767 of 2024; whereas I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed seeking to suspend the said order dated 08.08.2024.
It is submitted that by the learned Advocate General that the order under review was passed without affording the review petitioner an opportunity to present its case, as the name of its standing counsel was not printed in the cause list and service of the writ petition was not effected upon it. It is contended that the review petitioner is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the subject land admeasuring Ac.84.26 gts. in Sy.Nos.62/part and 73/B situated at Yendapally Village, Madhira Mandal, Khammam District. It is stated that the District Collector, Khammam, had already directed the Tahsildar to hand over advance possession of the said land to the review petitioner vide proceedings dated 04.03.2024,

OFFICE NOTE and physical possession was taken under a cover of Panchanama on 05.03.2024. The learned Advocate General further submits that following the acquisition, a layout consisting of 264 plots was approved and an amount of Rs.6,15,00,000/- was sanctioned for internal BT and CD road works. It is submitted that works regarding road demarcation, erection of an office cabin, and gravel formation are already in progress. It is contended that the writ petitioners are repeatedly interfering with the possession of review petitioner by relying on the order dated 08.08.2024.
The issues raised herein can be examined after filing counter affidavit by the respondents. In view of the above, there shall be interim suspension of the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. No.27176 of 2024, till the next date of hearing.
For filing counter affidavit in Review I.A.No.2 of 2025, list on 12.06.2026.
