This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 100 of 2013 on the file of Yellareddy Police Station, Nizamabad District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the 2nd respondent de facto complainant and the petitioners - Accused 1 to 6 have amicably settled the disputes amongst themselves by entering into a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 02.01.2014.

Hence, the cause in this Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
