This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner and his family members while performing the first pooja and other necessary arrangements in the Mutt Masan Baradari, Puranapool, Hyderabad on Shiv Ratri ie. on 24.02.2017.

As Shiv Ratri festival is already over, no orders need be passed in this Writ Petition, hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
