Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in providing security and acting upon the complaints dated 06-04-2018 and 23-04-2018 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.86 of 2018 was registered on 14-06-2018 basing on the complaint dated 06-04-2018 and a copy of FIR is placed on record and another complaint dated 23-04-2018 will be sent to respondent No.3 through proper channel for enquiry.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
