HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.8074 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 09.11.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 (On being mentioned) This Court vide order dated 30.08.2023 disposed of the petition granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposing condition that she shall surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on 01.09.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to family and health issues, the petitioner could not surrender before the Police on the given date i.e., 01.09.2023.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on 14.11.2023. Failing which, the Police are at liberty to take action against the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
