.. Petitioner And The State of Telangana, Rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.22452 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.30/AA/1 of Suvarnapuram Village, Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District. He was issued pattadar pass book reflecting the correct extent of land owned by him. Petitioner's grievance appears to be that his name is not reflected and no new pass book is issued.

3.

However, on a reading of the representation made by the petitioner to the Sub-Collector, Khammam on 22.07.2019 it appears a new pass book was also issued. But it does not reflect the extent of land in the above survey number, as it was shown earlier.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that no new pass book is issued and erroneously, it was mentioned as pass book is already issued.

5.

If what is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner is true, then the content of representation is not valid and that no direction can be issued as sought to be contended. 6.

Therefore, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a detailed representation ventilating his grievance to the Tahsildar, and as and when such representation is made, the same shall be acted upon. If petitioner is entitled to issuance of new pass book and there was no changes made in the revenue records on the land

- 3 - claimed by him in Sy.No.30/AA/1, new pass book may be issued. If there is any other impediment for not issuing new pass book or if the pass book is already issued, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

7.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 16th October, 2019 Rds
