Heard both sides.

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in seizing the stocks, as illegal and arbitrary. In respect of the same cause of action, an appeal is pending before the District and Sessions Court, Warangal. Therefore, the petitioner has to work out his remedies before the concerned Court and he cannot be permitted to prosecute parallel proceedings in respect of the same cause of action. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
