This petition is moved in Crime No.224 of 2018 of PS Mancherial Town registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 306 IPC. Among three accused or more, the first petitioner is A1-husband of the deceased and the 2nd petitioner is A3-father-in-law of the deceased. A2, not before the court in the regular bail petition for the said offence, no other than the mother-in-law of the deceased.

These petitioners/ A1 and A3 are in judicial custody since 26.05.2018. The crime registered was on 23.05.2018.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the FIR, bail application averments, remand report and the case diary in Part I including post mortem report, where final opinion not given as FSL Report is awaiting as to the cause of death.

From perusal of the material, there is a prima facie accusation against the petitioners, who are not entitled to the concession of bail that too when the investigation is in progress. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
