HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 8368 of 2001 ORDER:

The counsel for the writ petitioner represented that the writ petitioner died about four or five years ago leaving behind his legal heirs to succeed his estate.

However, no legal heirs of the writ petitioner were brought on record till today, even after expiry of four years from the date of death of the writ petitioner. Hence, by operation of law, the writ petition is deemed to have been abated.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
