THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.19365 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner aggrieved by the alleged unauthorized change of enjoyer column in the pahani for the year 2015 seeks liberty to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiry into the changes and for orders. Mr.Kalyan prays for a direction to Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the request expeditiously and pass orders.

The statement is placed on record.

Though the prayer is against inaction of Tahsildar in disposing of the representation, since the petitioner intends to move the authority having jurisdiction to enquire into maintenance of entries in Adangal, the request is accepted, appeal/revision is permitted to be filed within two (02) weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

The petitioner, if files appeal/revision, as permitted by this Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer considers disposing of the same, in accordance with Government orders expeditiously.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
