HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6409 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A7, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.104 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O.,Chandampet Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 464, 465 and 468 r/w 34 IPC.

2. Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on merits, vide order, dated 10.10.2019 in Crl.P.No.6256 of 2019. No new grounds whatsoever are mentioned in the present bail application. Hence, there are no grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
