THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.741 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

A perusal of the charge sheet shows prima facie case against the accused regarding their treatment and harassment of the complainant for the charges under Section 498-A IPC Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

However, considering the fact that Accused Nos.2 and 3 are aged persons, their presence in CC.No.1374 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bellampally, is dispensed with, except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
