This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.223 of 2019 on the file of Choutuppal Police Station, Yadadri-Bhuvanagir (old Nalgonda) District, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

During hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3972 of 2019, with a direction to surrender before the Court concerned within ten days from the date of the order, and therefore, the present criminal petition is liable to be dismissed.

Since the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3972 of 2019, the present criminal petition with self same relief is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
