HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.25461 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider their objections/representations dated 13.6.2016 and 11.7.2016 relating to Primary Notification/Form No.VI A dated 19.03.2016. Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents issued the aforesaid Preliminary Notification for acquiring land admeasuring Ac 1.70 cents in Sy No.30/2 of Nagampalem Village, Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District. The petitioners submitted their objections by way of representations dated 13.6.2016 and 11.7.2016. However, till date no decision has been taken by respondents No.2 and 3 on the representations.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, I hereby direct respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representations made by the petitioners noted above, within four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioners in writing within one week thereafter. Till the communication is sent to the petitioners, the compensation amount shall not be disbursed in favour of respondent No.4.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed

of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
