This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting the enquiry consequent to his suspension pending enquiry, vide Proceeding No.RC.CSDT/193/2010, dated 01-07-2010, as illegal and

arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to set aside the same.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Venkata Ramesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 15-04-2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.12621 of 2011, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
