O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Rajampet Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, is not conducting investigation in Cr.No.490/ 2017, which was registered based on his report.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that on investigation it revealed that the allegations made by the petitioner in the complaint are civil in nature and, therefore, after serving notice to the petitioner, final report would be filed.

In view of above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take further action of filing report after following due procedure and service of notice on the de facto complainant, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
