It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant-accused that the appellant-accused had served the sentence pursuant to the judgment rendered by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Siddipet, Medak District, dated 08.08.2006, in S.C.No.25 of 2005.

Therefore, there is nothing to determine the appeal on merits.
