This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the authorities in not permitting installation of a statue of Komaram Bheem in Yamanpalli Village, Mahamuttaram Mandal, Karimnagar District. Sri Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Gram Panchayat, Yamanpalli, states, on oral instructions, that the statue was installed thereafter and is presently in existence.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
