Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.
According to the petitioner, she is the owner of lands admeasuring Acs.6.22 guntas in Survey 352/A, Ac.1.12 guntas in Survey No.413/A and Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.339/A of Gotur Village, Dhanwada Mandal, Narayanpet District. She was earlier issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. However, in the recent passbooks issued to her, the extent of lands are reduced to Ac.1.08 guntas, Ac.0.30 guntas and to add Ac.0.27 guntas, respectively, in the survey numbers mentioned above. Alleging that wrong entries are made in the revenue records, petitioner made representation on 20.06.2019. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the subject lands are ceiling surplus lands and the excess extent land was already assigned to landless poor persons and they are in possession. He further submits that reply was furnished to the petitioner in response to the representation made by her on 20.06.2019.

That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Dhanwada Mandal, Narayanpet District, to communicate his decision on the representation dated 20.06.2019 of the petitioner. If said reply does not contain reasons, he shall
- 3 - pass fresh orders by assigning due reasons in support of his decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
