HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19376 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering and releasing the documents presented by petitioners on 02.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents 2 and 3 will communicate the endorsement to the petitioners, as is warranted in the fact situation of the case, within one week from today.

The petitioners, if aggrieved by the endorsement, can work out remedies in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
