THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28765 of 2009 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 21.01.2015, in view of absence of representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court adjourned the matter by one week. Once again on 28.01.2015, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
