CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.12747 of 2004 Dt: 12.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash Order, dated 31-03-2004, in OA.No.401 of 2004, on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for ServicesII (TS) submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the charges against respondent No.1 were dropped; that he was conferred with the Indian Administrative Service (IAS); and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.16260 of 2004, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
