The petitioner complaining interference by respondent No.2 in civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed the instant writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that no crime against the petitioner is registered, respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not interfere in civil disputes and there is no cause of action in filing the writ petition.

The statement of Assistant Government Pleader viz., that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not interfering in civil disputes is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
