HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the directions issued by this Court on 05.09.2011, where under this Court granted interim suspension of the order, dated 27.08.2011, made in W.P.M.P.No.30440 of 2011 in W.P.No.24759 of 2011.

It is now represented that the said writ petition was disposed of along with W.P.Nos.26842 and 26846 of 2017 by judgment dated 13.04.2017. By the said order, Court granted liberty to the petitioners to submit representations to the 2nd respondent within two weeks from the date of copy of that order and 2nd respondent was directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months thereafter.
