HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 20410 of 2010 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the application dated 24.07.2010 of the petitioner for choosing another premises bearing No.15/6-5-1A, R.R. Layout, Madanapalli, Chittoor District to run the JCN Restaurant and Bar.

This Court, while admitting the Writ Petition on 18.08.2010, granted interim direction for consideration of the application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2010.

3. In that view of the matter and since the license period itself is expired, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
