The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff questioning the order dated 06.05.2016 in I.A.No.463 of 2016 in I.A.No.302 of 2016 in O.S.No.44 of 2016 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Razole, East Godavari District, whereby the petition filed under Section 151 C.P.C. to grant police aid, was disposed of.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original suit itself was disposed of on 30.07.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
