HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A N D HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 23907 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Certiorari to declare the orders dated 26/7/2016 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 4577 of 2015 and G.O.Rt.No. 98, Higher Education [TE] Department, dated 01/6/2017 as wholly, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to declare that the name of the petitioner is not liable to be deleted from the seniority list of Heads of Section and not liable for reversion from the post of Principal and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. After some arguments, Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this

writ petition with a liberty to challenge G.O.Rt.No. 98, Higher Education [TE] Department, dated 01/6/2017 before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
