HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26212 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "... to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering the compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner herein in place of 3rd petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, biased, unjust and against the Article 14, 16 (4) (b) and Article 21 and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the 2nd petitioner application dt. 27.7.2017 for compassionate appointment in any suitable post as per qualification and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. The case of the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 submitted a representation, dated 27.07.2017, to respondent No.4 requesting to consider his case and grant compassionate appointment to petitioner No.2. As no orders are passed yet on the said representation, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard Sri Jogram Tejavath, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

4. Since the representation of the petitioners is stated to be pending before respondent No.4, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondent No.4 is directed to dispose of the same in

accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the respondent - Company, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
