ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for setting aside order, dated 06.04.2011, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation on the ground that an FIR was registered against him. On 03.06.2015, this Court adjourned the case to enable the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) to ascertain and report on the present stage of the criminal case registered against the petitioner. Today, at the hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on written instructions from respondent No.3, submitted that the criminal case registered against the petitioner ended in his acquittal by the judgment, dated 14.08.2013, of the jurisdictional Magistrate.
In view of this subsequent event, the impugned order cannot be sustained and the same is accordingly set aside.
The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.14813 of 2011 and W.V.M.P.No.1669 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 11th June, 2015 VGB
