THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1206 OF 2010 O R D E R:

Assailing the judgment dated 19.07.2010 in C.C.No.3 of 2008 passed by the learned XV Additional Judge-cum-XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, the appellant, who is complainant in the said case, filed the present Criminal Appeal. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant/complainant on 14.06.2021 and 08.11.2022. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. 3.

The case is under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, which is a quasi-criminal in nature.

It is for the appellant/complainant to prosecute his case diligently. The appeal is of the year, 2010. Since the appellant/complainant failed to prosecute his case for the last twelve years, this Court find no reason to keep the appeal pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
