ORDER:

Assailing nonpayment of bills for the work purportedly done by it in pursuance of e-procurement notice No.22/VMCEngg/CDB/AE/2015-16/Rc.EE3-131297/2015, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

Since the petitioner's repeated letters, dated 03.09.2015, 30.09.2015, 28.10.2015 and 04.12.2015 appear to be pending with respondent No.1, I find it appropriate to direct the said respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for payment of bills. Respondent No.1 shall afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the representative of the petitioner. Thereafter, if the said respondent is satisfied with the claim of the petitioner, it shall make payments within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Conversely, if it is not satisfied with the claim of the petitioner, it shall pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within the above stipulated time.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.4834 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
