On 23.10.2019, the Court granted two weeks time to petitioners to deposit an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- each and subject to deposit of the said amount, the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 30.12.2018 directing mutation of the name of respondent No.5 was stayed. However, the Court refused to grant longer time and granted one week to deposit the amount as directed earlier. The Court also observed that if the amount as directed is not deposited within one week, the Writ Petition would stand dismissed.
