When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties have informed the Court that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved during pendency of this writ petition. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
