THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6018 OF 2001 ORDER:

While ordering 'Rule Nisi' on 03.04.2001, this Court, in W.P.M.P.No.7662 of 2001, directed the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for promotion as Security Sub-Inspectors in accordance with law and their eligibility for such consideration in the next available vacancies of Security Sub-Inspectors. As per the ages shown in the cause title, the petitioners herein must have attained the age of superannuation by this time. It is also not forthcoming as to whether the respondents considered the cases of the petitioners in terms of the interim order. No counter affidavit is also filed opposing the prayer in the writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition.
