HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.19473 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner requested for extension of term of managing committee through representation dated 31.01.2018. The State Wakf board/ 2nd respondent rejected the request for extension of term of the managing committee. Hence, the writ petition. The petitioner could not demonstrate before the Court a legal or vested right for granting extension in his favour. The 2nd respondent in its discretion and wisdom preferred to refuse extension of term of managing committee. The petitioner since has not established breach of a right, this Court is not persuaded to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
