Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 22.09.2015 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
