This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.1315 of 2015 in I.A.No.327 of 2013 in O.S.No.160 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 20.07.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
