Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the crime on the complaint dated 06-06-2018 made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of petitioner, a case in Cr.No.422 of 2018 dated 11-06-2018 was registered.
