Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not receiving and registering the document presented by the petitioner in respect of Flat No.6, presently Flat No.1055, Ground Floor, Excelsior Apartments, T.S.No.1196/18 and 1196/27, Plot No.18, Near Lions Club, Waltair Ward, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 29.07.2013, rendered in W.P.No.22356 of 2013 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed directing the Joint Sub-Registrar, Visakhapatnam, to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the property in TS.No.1196/18 and 1196/27, Waltair Ward, Visakhapatnam, without reference to G.O.Ms.No.657 dated 08.10.2001. In the event, the document presented is found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Joint Sub-Registrar, Visakhapatnam,

shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
