Today, when the matter is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The matter is pertaining to the year 2011. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this petition, though it was filed in the year 2011. 3.

Hence, the Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. The interim stay granted on 25.03.2011 stands vacated.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
