THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23190 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the orders vide RC.D1CS/2245/2016, Dt.25.10.2016, issued by the 3rd respondent in issuing show cause notice -cumsuspension order, placing the petitioner's F.P. shop No.5, Anantapur, Anantapur District, under suspension contrary to the A.P.S.P.D.S. Control Order, 2008 as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as F.P.
Shop dealer of Shop No.5, Anantapur, Anantapur District by releasing the stock continuously."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, representing for the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record. 3.
On perusal of the record, there is no justification for the respondents to keep the matter pending without passing final orders by keeping the petitioner under suspension. 4.
Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to pass final orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and
communicate the same to the petitioner. In the meantime, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents for the purpose of the said hearing to pass final orders on 27.07.2017 and on such other dates being fixed by the authorities concerned.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
