This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.584 of 2010 on the file of learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal, Cyberabad.

Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the cause in the criminal petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the criminal petition, interim order, dated 18.10.2011, in Crl.P.M.P.No.10877 of 2011 is vacated and Crl.P.M.P.No.10877 of 2011 and Crl.P.V.M.P.No.4454 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
