HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.22421 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in taking action against respondent Nos.4 and 5 based on the complaint dated 22.09.2019 made by the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and against law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 21.10.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a G.D. entry was made and as the contents of the complaint revealed that the offence is non-cognizable in nature, the 3rd respondent herein has addressed a letter to the Additional Judicial Magistrate of Ist Class, Sanga Reddy on 22.09.2019 with a request to accord permission to investigate into non-cognizable offence under Section 155(2) Cr.P.C. It is further submit that the Court has accorded permission on 17.10.2019 to investigate the case.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that upon obtaining permission from the Additional Judicial Magistrate of Ist Class, Sangareddy, the authorities

have registered the case and are investigating into the above complaint and after completion of investigation, a charge sheet would be filed.

Recording the above submission on behalf of the 3rd respondent, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition as the grievance of the petitioner with regard to nonregistration of the case stands duly redressed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No orders as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
