This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.01.2016 passed in C.M.A.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Srikakulam.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present. The above civil miscellaneous appeal was filed challenging the order dated 26.09.2011 passed in I.A.No.29 of 2011 in O.S.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Narasannapeta.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 16.08.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
