This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 07-08-2014 in I.A.No. 1377 of 2011 in L.G.O.P.No. 2 of 1998 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Nellore (for short, 'the Court below'). 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the abovementioned O.P. itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
