This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, under Sections 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.653 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Wanaparthy Rural Police Station, Mahabubnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
